I know people demonize debt. If you consider debt such as mortgages or car payments a bad thing, then that's not always true, as I mentioned, dependent upon interest rates. Of course that could be the case if the interest rates are higher than your investments in which case it may be more prudent to pay cash, but if they are lower, then take out the loan and leave your money in whatever investment fund you have it in so that it can grow. -
