This is why the army does all that gross "PT" stuff. I could never.

Doesn't sound like you know much about the weight of rifles, AR500 plates, ammo.

A modern battle rifle is around 7 lbs, a 10"x12" AR500 plate weighs just under 8 lbs, 5.56x45mm NATO weighs about 11 grams per round. 200 rounds would weigh under 5 lbs. A 30 round PMAG or MAGPUL magazines weighs about 5 oz. Needing 7 to hold 200 rounds would be an additional 2.1 lbs.

Total weight with plates front and back would only be 30 lbs. 16 of which would well distributed by the load bearing features of the plate carrier, another 7.5 would be distributed by your sling, and the rest would in loaded mags distributed in cargo pockets.

Our full pack with rifle weighed 65 lbs. You didn't fight in full pack you marched in it. Up to 20 miles in a single day was common. Could I do that at 61? Of course not. But I promise if my life depends on I can still lump 30 pounds worn right all day and all night.

Just my every day carry setup weighs over 7 lbs or more if I carry the FK BRNO PSD instead of the FN 57.

Oh yes, I've just not had a need to replace a window in that time.

Are you saying your workmanship is so shoddy you have to change it regularly?
