The children I know will stick rusty hypodermic needles in your face and use safety scizzors on year ear until you give up working PIN codes for bank/credit cards, car keys, safe combinations and many other things. You think NIS would actually propose actual, harsh punishments for those crimes? The ones who commit those crimes on the daily are right here with us. They wouldn't tell you any good methods to harm them, they'd say shit like.... "Give them some free candy, or something. That will teach them not to be child molesters and rapists."
