I'm pretty fucking dumb in general and after speedy posted the three menu pics I was able to find where it was in like one google lens search. He said it was ok to post it but I still don't want to just because it feels wrong for some reason even though he even said it was ok to post it. Do the math cmon. I even posted the RHYMING name of what it was called. you already know the city and state its in its not that complicated to figure out.

Anyhow, back on topic. I applied for my AZ TPT License(transaction privilege tax) today. It's a 24 hour processing online so I'll have my AZ TPT number tomorrow. This will allow me to purchase food and liquor from my vendors without having to pay taxes on my purchases with them. I simply add the tax at POS and send the governor his share from my customers pockets. Hey I'm just the middle man lol.

Going to 2 vendor sponsored food convention in Phoenix in the next 30 days. The one with Shamrock Foods in September is a great deal. They are picking up full RF&B for 1 night and two days, everything except the ¾ tank of gas for the round trip.
That's reason enough to go I suppose but what hooked me was this. Just for going I'll be eligible for a promotion they will run starting 2 weeks after the convention which will run for 3 months. During that period I'll be eligible for a 20% cost reduction on 70% of their catalog. That's a significant reduction in my food costs for my 1st quarter out the gate. Which creates an opportunity for increased profit margins on many dishes during that time without changing any ingredients on the menu as Shamrock is the majority of the current food orders other than bread, dairy and some special items.
