So this is what you do, go to the general area where she is at, and basically just ignore her. Act as if you're not interested in her at all she'll think: Oh yeah? We'll see about that, don't shit your pants when she comes talking to you and just be cool about it. Treat her like you would one of your guy friends and soon she'll feel compelled to date you. Trust me, works every time. It's the insecure sligtly less attractive girls that you should shower with attention, the confident pretty one already knows she is pretty(The bitch).
Anyway, lolis are better regardless, being nice and building a trusting relationship with them works best, peak her curiosity in sexy things and when she asks for more conveniently provide it.

I've never seen an adult woman type like that outside of a sexual context. Maybe I just don't have enough girls I text with in a platonic capacity but I would usually expect "heyy" to happen in the context of "let's do the wierd social ceremony that ends in us having sex and not feeling wierd about over analyzing it" . -
