I guess the good news is the warm weather is basically here to stay at this point not sure if it works like this in Cali/AZ/FL etc but during the winter here in southern Ohio you can bet even a priority package taking 5 days instead of 1-2 so I'll be getting what I'm ordering a lot faster from here on forward until winter strikes again. -

When I shipped something to konglomo a long time ago USPS didn't even offer express shipping because they couldn't get the package there in 2 days or less. He lived in the middle of nowhere in arkansas. I lived close to Hydro, so it took 2 days for first class mail to get to her, but it also took 2 days for express mail. -

I would guess the police force there factors into a lot of it. Are they diehard vigilant faggots or pretty chill? Yeah I wouldn't have guessed San Fran to a huge meth hub either but it's definitely the most common city I've seen when it comes to shard and coke isn't far behind in popularity there either LA is probably second.

I don't have a ton of interaction with the police. We have a well funded/staffed police force but there's a heavy focus on violent crime and they've been under fire for race related stuff. At least at the personal use level it probably has some of the most lax enforcement of any major city in the US. -
