Today is my leg day. So far I only did leg extensions and leg curls. I can't deadlift without hurting my knees or back it seems like and I can only front squat with lighter weight. I feel like trying deadlifts later though.
I want to make a punching bag out of tires too.
I want to try to have the base with one still on a wheel. I think that would be heavy enough you wouldn't need somebody to hold it.
It's weird cause I cried a bit.. not cried but a tear formed. partly because of how fast we age and everything since the early mid 1990s turned to Shit on this planet. young people 30 and under (like Brad) have NO IDEA how fun and free life was prior to say 1992 or so. I mention 1992 because the 1990s started off pretty nice. but the day Video Cameras became palm cameras and everyone could afford one was the day shit hit the fan.
