IIRC they stopped adding to counts shortly after the Leopards and Bradleys showed up on the battlefield, probably because there was no longer any ambiguity to who owned what and you can't just paint V and Z on your own destroyed armor if the enemy is using something completely different -

Looks like the new bleed site for the Ukraine is Avdiivka.
Just like Bakhmut it's strategic and the Ukrainians are determined to hold on to it, but the Russians have it completely surrounded (except for that one road that, darn it, they just can't take!) and enjoy at least their usual 100 to 1 artillery superiority.
When do we admit the Ukraine is a jedi slaughter of Ukrainian men? -

it's where they've been launching the mortar attacks on Donetsk from and I think it was supposed to be their fall back position after Bakhmut fell so as usual it's probably more symbolic than strategic -

Ukraine is massive and flat. I don't really believe any of these places are strategic.
Hope all the Donetsk children the Ukrainians were able to kill with their shitty little mortars were worth it for them.
