he's been openly talking shit to individual commanders and the general staff and been so critical (sometimes legitimately, sometimes not) of everything that a lot of pro-Russians consider him to be some kind of fifth column intentionally trying to sow dissent.
I haven't seen official charges yet but I'd guess it's something along the lines of undermining the general staff during a war
