I ate 4 sandwiches today made different ways with different ingredients, one of them was lik ea garlic bread and one of them was like grilled cheese and then I had some other shit with it.
I'm kinda still hungry, this is the most i've eaten in a week

GOt off work fucking exhausted and slept for two hours, felt kinda sick a little bit, but on other news I'm gonna go fill out for my classes tomorrow or at least schedule an appointment.
Tonight I'mma make something really good, my rooommate wants spaghetti but i hate spaghetti, I think I might make a red sauce based enchiladas

Speaking of red sauce does anyone know a good/the best commercial red sauce that is similar to the red sauce you get off a taco truck...all the ones I've tried so far are nothing like it.

prego standard red + lard + garlic + smalla mount of siracha, now you're gonna take the sauce and start boiling it down until STOPS being watery, it's gonna be chunky, keep stirring it so it doens't burn on med-low, at the end you're gonna wanna put it in either steak salt or Abode red cap, and keep stirring until it's thick thick, and that's right about the easy way to get what they're serving
WHich is reduced spaghetti sauce with extra salts, reduced, lard and garlic. It lets them skip seasoning every meal that has red sauce on it.
Unless you mean salsa where it's liquidy? THat's a different one.

probably going to want a small amount of cumin, and oregano, maybe shredded (like in a blender or magic bullet or a crazy guy with a knife) additional peppers (IMO) Or you can just put more FireStick hotsauce in there which wraps it up nice, a lo tof times they will stick a big ass shaved carrot into the bowl while it's reducing, with the belief it will make it sweet (carrot is discarded or eaten by a fat guy)

Also all the locals here call it red sauce...whenever you're in line waiting for your tacos everyone ahead is asking for extra "red sauce"
I might ask them if they'll sell me a bottle if the language barrier can be breached.

Oh bro it's just 4 habeneros, a glove of garlic, and four small red tomatos, the seasonings you'll have to get right, but I would go the Enchillada seasoning, and vinegar, roast the habs and toms and then at the end splice it together with a small amount of oregano and parsely, let it sit in the fridge for a day or so, and it'll all make one liquidy sauce like the red sauce u so much desire
