US is drawing on reserves to cycle out the NATO units they have stationed in Europe.
it's nothing major, a lot of retards seem to think it's a draft, changing/refreshing units is completely normal.
it is kind of amusing they're using the reserves in this case though, the rumour being that the recruitment and retention issues are so bad that they can't spare the active duty personnel from anywhere else

or it could be that they are cycling those stationed in europe into ukraine.
covertly to man all those newly mobilized heavy equipment they pull out of storage some weeks ago.
