2017-05-25 at 5:33 AM UTCCurrently analyzing the full video for clear signs of autism. Downloaded it and made some modifications for clarity, mostly just simple optimization for proper visual analysis. Even going as far as to view certain segments frame by frame, or at an extremely slow speed. There's even some software that's been put out/pirated that goes as far as to analyze certain micro expressions. Of course it's not advanced enough that it doesn't require a lot of manual input.
Alson running audio through audio analysis software. Certain vocal traits actually have a strong correlation with autism. These patterns are easy enough to analyze, although you do have to put in some manual work.
Also using my autism memory to find old papers I've read in order to provide supporting evidence to everything I've said, clear hard data.

Also, specifically what makes you suspect Lanny is on the autism spectrum?
Of course I don't think you're infallible, but actually being a professional psychologist, having relevant degrees, does lend more weight to your analysis, your suspicion. It may increase the chance that Lanny will take this idea seriously.
His appearance; I didn't even watch the videos all the way. He seems intelligent of what little I know of him, and I can't honestly speak to his social skills/abilities.
What specifically about his appearance? Eye shape, mostly. Also hair, other facial features, and quirky expressions.
I'm not sure Lanny needs to take any of this 'seriously'. I mean, yeah he drinks too much, but he otherwise seems like a nice, well-adjusted guy. -
2017-05-25 at 5:44 AM UTCLol, at some point Lanny starts talking about Liberia and how as a child he thought it was such a cool concept and would work out great. Then he admits it's a really shitty country he would never want to live in, and talks about his disappointment in the outcome, admits it didn't turn out well. Of course there's a massive cultural context he doesn't have time to go into.
Hearing this provides a wonderful sense of schadenfreude, I'm going to repeat it. It simply contains so many concepts that bring me great joy. -

Hahaha, apparently you even "look" autistic. And this is coming from a professional psychologist. -

I'm asexual. There's good evidence that it's far more common among those on the autism spectrum. Of course they have to be at a level of cognition where they can identify as asexual and fully understand what the term means, even pass a questionnaire to rule out misunderstandings/inaccuracies. It allows my mental resources to be freed from what would normally be the prime objective of the median male. Many men will admit to constantly thinking about sex, being nagged by it, distracted by it.
The lack of this is part of what allows some people to reach weaponized autism levels of ability. Recently there was a post about a period in his life where he believes he may have been manic (more likely hypomanic) that does a good job of demonstrating the state some high level autists can achieve.
It brings to mind Freud's concept of sublimation. In fact, it isn't simply sexuality, but social relations at all (hiki/NEET), normal human interests (restricted interests is a common symptom), for example: common television shows, mainstream music, celebrities, fashion, sports, whatever other bullshit normies wile away their time on, distracting and biasing human emotions, a profession etc.
It's really a fascinating theory. When you realize how many "weaponized autism" level posters on /pol/ fit all these qualities, commonly denigrated as neckbeards, basement dwellers, wizards etc., it makes sense that if so much is being sublimated, such enormous amounts of human potential from time, cognitive energy, strongly distracting factors, you're able to find people that achieve things such as finding Shia Labeouf's hidden flag within 34 hours.
They may seem frivolous, although you could argue that for some they represent genuine preferences, an absence of common human goals, but it's still a demonstration of the terrifying potential an autistic (Cognitively high functioning, most self-identifying or formarly diagnosed as having Asperger's) mind can have when properly honed.
And this is why, Lanny, I am going to publish what a paper of length and quality, structure, that would be accepted into a mediocre ranking journal, if there was one for something of this matter. You are destined to lose. -

*shrugs* Social deficits and inappropriate laughter are standard and common symptoms. I'm fully aware of how others perceive me, will perceive me, I have a far superior ability of theory of mind compared with the vast majority of neurotypicals, I simply don't care.
It's as Louise Bloom said in the film Nightcrawler, "What if my problem isn't that I don't understand people, but that I don't like them."
He's an example of the masterful level of manipulation an ascended aspie can achieve. -

2017-05-25 at 6:34 AM UTCHey, one more thing! Lanny, why didn't you put on a particularly catchy song and dance to it at some point in the video. I could have danced along to it to, possibly singing inaudibly as well. This is the key thing your video was missing and I insist you splice it in. Create a 2 part video if you have to due to length restrictions. Or just an additional clip. And of course you should be drunk as shit while doing it, so wait until Friday or Saturday, whenever you have time.

Some time ago I checked his reddit profile and cracked Lanny up when I told him he had become a men's rights activist. I read some of his pathetic stories. He's also described himself as an autistic nationalist, may be far-left, and is possibly a lolicon. -
