an app would make sense there's like 100 digimon apps, lots of intercompatibility, It goes against a lot of my ideas though, I have a huuuuge theory rant about it, basically I don't want to make a nostalgia that's like digimon I WANT THE ACTUAL FUCKING MONSTERS

ive been trying to just make simple screens but holy fuck this software has a learning curve, people actually do this shit for a living?
Node and Figma... and others... Qt is cool but holy shit I have no idea what i'm doing and learning the fundamentals of coding does not feel like it's gonna make using one of those easier
and literally nobody codes anything without it running on like 100 other things because WHY WOULD YOU? it's a nightmare and a headache. I wish I knew that before I never bothered to learn coding because it's hard yeah no shit that's probably why everyone uses these weird systems -

There's also a bunch of these apps now, AI app maker apps that will generate templates for node and stuff but I can't even get those to do anything, I blame all their cucked interfaces personally. I'm probably just not used to the nitty gritty of it all like with photoshop, I can't do very basic things with that, each one is like it's own learning curve and people tend to stick to the same tools for every project. I'm still trying to find something I like I guess
Python GUI anything makes me want to die, I rarely see people using it for graphic or UI heavy things GEE I WONDER WHY. I can see why people just learn C++ just PRINT BOX make computer code thing why does everything have to hook and plug and compatible it's fucking annoying, i'm surprised most stuff just works and doesn't need the same 60,000 library dependencies that break constantly when you try making it but it's like when you have a build program it will just run forever if you don't change anything

I think I need a new IDE. Pycharm and VS are fucktarded. Why am I not just using notepad++ why the fuck does everything need another thing to run

2023-07-07 at 4:41 AM UTCI tried to pip install screaming frog but it told me I need to download pip which seems to break if I don't use the IDE for a day or two, nothing will ever run again if It's not constantly open online updating everything. I don't get it.
I am looking forward to the donald trump coding tutorial tomorrow. I might rage quit and start slamming things if my shit breaks -

with python try using just a text editor (geany or notepad+ or something) and the command line to compile/run, IDEs can be extremely fiddly and you'll probably spend more time messing with the environment than actually coding -

That's been my main problem, I understand what some of the stuff im working on does and how it functions and I try to make sure it's good but when I go to run it I just get nothing but faggot errors, not from my code being borked usually that's me messing something up, no big deal. I have about as much luck trying to run shit from the command line as I do with an IDE lol I think I was getting more done on the IDE before.
But now I can't even run scrape scripts and I don't have time to sit there fucking with 100 library whatever is wrong with it. I started using visual studio for python which seemed like a bad idea YES IT WAS that broke too, maybe if I reinstall them. I might have broken something being an idiot.
I was messing with AI tools and one of them had about 14 steps to get it going on python and just provided a source code, I deleted it after seeing that FUCK THAT SHIT gimme a .exe pls -
