suggests that Priglet had a habit of mismanaging the stream of funds going into Wagner, and that he likely used those funds to create a sub-unit within it that answered only to him, even though the group itself was supposed to be controlled by the intelligence services.
it still doesn't make sense to me that this was allowed to happen and that it played out without any major violence (aside from the aircraft that were claimed to have been shot down), but short of leaks I don't think we'll find out any of the internal details for a long time -

nothing really interesting on its own, but there's been a huge wave of reports in the media that Russia plans to destroy it (doesn't really make sense) and now the Ukraine has demanded Russia pull out by 5/7, claiming technical staff are being moved offsite -
