The root problem here is that indoctrination centers, also known as colleges and universities, are permitted to charge 100X what the service is actually worth and what it costs them to run. It's PURE EXPLOITATION. They charge them outrageous tuitions, then they take them to the cleaners on the books and materials required for the crap/worthless courses they give. It should come as no shock that students are stuck with staggering debt they can't replay. But do you ever hear people say, "Let's force the colleges and universities to cut their rates by 1,000%". Hell, no. Their mission is to protect the ridiculous profit margins the actual problems suck out of the kids. They don't even discuss going after the real problems.

3. grant those institutions an effective monopoly and the ability to charge exorbitant fees without fear of competition
4. offer predatory loans to pay those fees regardless of a student's prospects of ever being employed in the field of their certificate
