    Chance is a measure of probability usually expressed in percentage points. So let's say there is 0.0001% chance of being attacked by a shark it doesn't matter whether you are marching into the ocean alone or with a billion people the probability of being attacked remain teh same, namely 0.0001%.

    yes it will. if its starving to death then it wants to eat to survive. getting itself fucked up by a hoard of angry defending humans isn't a good course for survival. there's a reason why sharks are attracted to blood. it signals a wounded animal, in distress, which is easy prey for a shark. they might have big effective scary teeth, but a shark is well aware as any other animal is, that if it gets injured in the wild, it could well mean certain death. especially as other sharks will now see him as an easy meal option.
