    Folks only out of shape fats think in terms of weight being bad rather than higher bodyfat percentage

    Folks this is just evidence that Scron is a flabby and weak skinnyfat with birdlike arms and legs and definitely doesn't lift

    I'm 240...but then I'm nearly 6'5" too, not 5'3" like scron...my "official" ideal weight is 215...but that doesn't take into account the hard solid muscle I've grown with years of doing kegel exercises.

    Not only can I lift heavy things but I am so agile and strong that I can grab entire armfuls and heavy bulky items and run with them

    Also I am an expert in ergonomics and can lift a 55lb sack on my shoulder while climbing a ladder SAFELY because I am perfectly balanced with high agility.

    you would fall on your ass, crack your skull and be out of breath before you even got halfway up the ladder

    I don't have time for that bullshit, I walk everywhere, I stay fit by living a natural balanced existence harmony with the universe despite being surrounded by the evils of society, weight is caused by a lack of willpower and a weak soul.

    I don't commonly lift sacks these days but if you ever worked on a farm or doing something like hydroponics you would know what i'm talking about

    Out in the country nobody brags about lifting anything because it's just expected that any grown man is able to lift a bale of hay or soil
