   Idk why I'm surprised. It said I have a 1% chance of having ginger hair but my great granddad was a ginger and my hair can look red in the sun. My eyes are dark green with amber at the centre but can sometimes look bright amber when I'm emotional or grey/blue in photograghs.

   I was thinking of getting mine done at some point a while back but then I read a few articles saying how inaccurate they were and it was a bit of a scam...so I didn't. I don't know if that's changed now.

    I still have a lot of relatives in Birmingham on my dad's side, that's where my granny was from so I wonder how many relatives I have in the other places.

    That's 23&me. They give both your paternal haplogroup as well as your maternal haplogroup which is why their service stands out from other DNA testing services which only give you your paternal haplogroup. I guess that's also why it's more expensive than the other services. Other services charge around $50 whereas 23&me charges $90 or $100. Considering OP received their results in April, I'm going to go ahead and assume she bought it late last year when they gave a discount.
