   This...may not be common. It could actually be a sign of being at risk of developing epilepsy. I've mentioned the possibility of a deficit in the GABAergic pathway before.
   
   I mean, it could be nothing, but even if they're mild, depending on how frequently they occur, it could definitely be a sign of something to worry about. Not trying to pester you, just keep in mind that if they ever become more intense and frequent you may want to see a neurologist or doctor just to be safe.
   
   I actually never get brain zaps. The only time I've gotten them is when my previous stupid bitch of a psychiatrist took me off Nardil cold turkey.
