a simple procedure of changing timing chain tensioner on my bike turned into almost an hour long ordeal when the crankshaft kicked back due to the pressure in the combustion chamber, or something while the timing chain tensioner was being removed.
which caused the exaust cam to slip a notch back, or about 5° retardation. which entails valve cover removal and a lot of oily and frustating realignment works. if your a real man you'll know what all these requires.
i also discover excessive slack between the timing gears and the chain, not sure either the chain has became elongated, or more likely the timimg gears on the camshafts has worn down to an alarming level.
which means days of sweaty works ahead and i just pray to my various Gods that the chain doesnt slip before that.
