   The CH Robinson truck driver guy that came a few days ago was probably my last interaction. Truck drivers always seem to be on the defensive at first but once you ask them how they are doin and smile at them it puts them at ease...after that he was quite affable talking about Houston traffic and the weather.

   Experience has shown they are incredibly lazy..many feel it is their job to ONLY drive up to the facility and not offer any help or equipment to offload the truck, so they are naturally weary when they see you approaching them because in their mind they are thinking "Ok this twat is going to ask me to do something that is outside the scope of my job"
   
   ...when you instead smile and say "Hey hows it going, there's coffee inside if you want to grab one" their defenses fall like the shields on the USS Enterprise...then when he's enjoying his coffee you uncloak your Klingon Warbird and say "Hey, come give us a hand with these pallets mate"
