   Tastes like milder mashed turnips...but when you put plenty of butter in em and pour brown gravy over it...it's hard to distinguish it from real mashed potatoes...but only 5g carbs.
   
   You could probably serve it to someone with gravy and they wouldn't really notice a difference.
