seen a couple of photos of these things lately
looks like they've strapped old Soviet 25mm naval autocannons to old Soviet MT-LB tractors
I guess it makes sense to frankenstein otherwise-obsolete hardware together to make semi-mobile point defence turrets for drone defence, wonder if they're effective at all
