My Exothermic Pulsefire® UBF (Underbarrel Flamethrower) arrived today. It can use either gasoline or a gasoline diesel mix of up to 50% diesel. With .25 gallon fuel capacity it is capable of up to a 20 second sustained .072" solid stream at a distance of 25 to 30 feet.
It mounts under the barrel of most rifles equipped with a handguard which has a bottom picatiny rail.
Length 16 inches
Width 5 inches
Height 9 inches
Weight 6.0 lbs
With a 2200 mAh lithium ion 3 cell rechargeable battery.
I plan to mount under the Ruger SFAR which the ATf just gave a release order on late this afternoon. I'll pick it up early tomorrow and will be roasting the desert by tomorrow afternoon.
Yes there will be a video so I am open to suggestions on what (within reason) you would like to see blasted by it.

If you wanna jerk off to a flamethrower I'm not gonna judge you but I'm not gonna watch either.

would be cool to put fuel in some paint drums or something similar, seal them, then you can spray fire on them so when you shoot holes in them they burst

I have some old 1 gallon paint cans I'll give that a go just for you.
I also have an old gas oven with a propane regulator. The igniter is toast and it is so old a replacement is no longer available. I've been thinking about what I could do with it and one these from Walmart.
Before I got the flamethrower I was thinking something along the lines of putting 10 pounds of tannerite, letting it fill with propane, and popping it with a 7.62 NATO tracer.
But 25 to 30 feet is way to close to hit that setup with a flamethrower.
Any ideas?

I probably wouldn't risk that, not sure how far away you'd have to be to blow those propane tanks safely. even if you think you're safe you might still catch random shrapnel or get your ears popped
***oh you mean emptying the tank into the oven, yeah way less risky

Exothermic Pulsefire® UBF mounted under a Rock Island Armory VRF14 autoloader 12 gauge with a 14" barrel.
It feels as if it would be well suited to an urban warfare environment as a room to room clearing solution.
