Let me put it in simple terms for you.
12 billion (now 13 actually) deployed injections over the last 3 yrs > 1 million deployed injections over 10yrs as far as having study material goes and being able to say pretty safety...this isn't a threat to peoples health.
Could long term problems arise? sure...but then that goes for any new drug regardless of how long it's been deployed.. 10yrs in testing doesn't help if the effects don't show up for 12yrs...
Again, the results speak for themselves, death rate down, hospital admissions down, severe illness down.
It's not "tentative" it's proven.
