Putin is a criminal genius; Lukashenko is more of a mid-level muscle guy who somehow ended up in power. The map is an interesting way to look at things, and yes, it does make your talking point strong in that regard. What happens if Lukashenko gets hit? The political uprising in Belarus would not favor Russia, and there are no nukes in Belarus.
If reports of 97%of Russian troops already being in Ukraine are true, or even close, then Putin is risking everything on this spring offensive. Imagine two years from now, Russia with literally no military left, and Putin either dead or locked up somewhere. The proxy war will look like a brilliant tactic for the west.
Also worth noting, more reports of countries, and companies talking about partnerships in rebuilding Ukraine are coming out. Always follow the money.

lukashenko is actually very shrewd and has played putain like a violin for years. The big-dumb-guy act is just that.... an act he uses to publicly diss putain and/or spoil his plans* while sucking down russian money while putain hopes for him to agree to the idiotic idea of the 'triune nation' (a dumb thing that putain supporters get excited about....).
Galeev wrote about that and the dynamic between the two and once you notice it.... you can't unnotice it. I stopped worrying about Lukashenka joining/helping putain a long time ago.
*remember the invasion map shown by Lukahsenko early on? the one that helped fortify anti-russian feeling in Europe? you think that was an accident?
