They're accusing Russia of sabotage; if it's true that's some major escalation. I doubt that Russia's responsible so long as there aren't any other instances though; this manufacturer is relatively small so the only reason they'd be singled out for retribution would be either to test the response or as part of a wider pattern of attacks -
