   Tejian chill is a mix of Texas chili and Pakistani chili.
   
   Tejian being an area of pakistan and also a smart ass way of saying Texas/Texan/Tejas/Tejian etc.
   
   It's texas chili with some curry powered in it and stirred with your left hand.
