2023-01-23 at 1:19 PM UTCI have a week old lettuce in the fridge (don't get jealous vinny). I guess I need to use it before it goes brown and droopy like Grylls' cock.
So.
Cheese, pickled veggies (I ate up all the picked onions so went on a quest to find some but could only find picked veggies, jalapinos and dill...fucking stupid America) and lettuce sandwiches. -

2023-01-25 at 5:15 PM UTCOk I just googled it
Gnocchi are a varied family of dumpling in Italian cuisine. They are made of small lumps of dough most traditionally composed of a simple combination of wheat flour, egg, salt, and potato.
...so dumplings then with a fancy name. -

It's fuckign delicious, doesn't take like much besides a potatoey pasta but the real secret is the texture.
I ate one raw last night to see if it was cooked and instantly it melted in my mouth into a delicious warm goop like a very thick lumpy oatmeal but smooth as butter, sticks to the roof of my mouth
so if you cook it up with some sauce it basically just translates all the properties of anything you cook it with into that, I only use it for italian sausage+pasta sauce but it's probably really good in lots of things

it's not at all like eating a dumpling, they are called a "pasta" and seem firm but they cook up in no time and basically dissolve as you chew them. -
2023-01-25 at 9:56 PM UTCI've seen it in Aldi, maybe I'll pick a packet up next time I'm there.
