I know I'm bumping an old thread but Musk needs to start a dress code. I would never hire people looking those 2. Maybe I'm to old school but if your in a high paying position you should dress properly, not coming to work looking like a fucking bum. And to the fucker with the afro looking hair, get a fucking hair cut.

Tech work might be high paid because so few people have the skills to do it, but it's sort of blue collar work. It's akin to being a highly skilled mechanic, you might be getting paid a lot of money, but you don't get a lot of respect and it's not prestigious. And if they could the managers would replace you with low paid Indian workers.

Maybe I came off as a hard ass. Like I don't mind people wearing shorts if they live in a hot place. I was a mechanic the last 25-30 years and I never went to work looking like a bum. People should have some self respect to at least dress according to their job, shave and at least comb their hair, also bath and brush your teeth because nobody wants to smell your stinky ass.
I've seen you in a couple of pics and seem to dress nice and take care your looks.

I live in a hot place but don't wear shorts. Maybe it's my ENGLISH UPBRINGING AND ELEVATED STANDARDS...wearing shorts in public anywhere other than at the beach or on the RUGBY field is just not acceptable in civil society.
One feels half naked...No, it's heavy weight Trousers/jeans for this English lad not matter if it's 110F outside.
