I can't tell if I'm dissociating. Things seem simple; I'm home on a rainy day, have six things to work on and my cigarettes, sounds peaceful, but I feel traumatised or overwhelmed or something.

Idk I think I'm just daunted because I think I might actually live to 60 now and be alone and just think of my dead parents constantly and how things could have been different with them. I could have another 50 years to live and no parents all that time.

well I'm pissed at everyone in the USA as well as there parents and grand parents including my own parents and grand parents.
I moved to VT 7 years ago and became a very happy person I was at peace with myself and all others for the first time in my life.
and then people started telling my I should not skip voting and Trump was talking about the constitution and getting the power back to the people. thats good shit cuz I have known for decades we were losing our rights and no one was trying to fix that for us and then I voted for TRUMP in 2020 and we all know what went down with that shit show so I paid attention to it all and studied the 51 constitutions and I found out that no one in the last 120 years has ever used the constitutions to stop the government from taking our freedoms along the way and now we don't have the power to change anything or even question it without being accused of being a tererist.
anyways people suck and deserve what they get.
I also blame trump cus he still stands in front of the corporate US flag IE gold fringe.
anyways so not I'm mad as fuck all over again and I do not know how to stop being a mad MOTHERFUCKER again.
