also, it turns out that Russia's been building their own semiconductors, they just don't sell them on commercial markets or export. they were doing 30nm lithography in 2011 and have been working at 7nm more recently
from what little information is available they seem to be producing ASIC chips for specific purposes like missiles and avionics.

this is different though - China's been trying to compete on the commercial market and sell internationally, Russia's trying to cut dependence on international supply chains (that they keep getting cut off from) for their core industries. they recently cancelled the project to work together with China to build a passenger plane because China relied on external manufacturers for some of the components they were contributing.
anyway, this explains why Russia can keep manufacturing modern weapons and hasn't 'run out' after multiple waves of strikes, and exposes the 'they're cannibalising washing machine chips' as the retarded cope it is, as if it even made sense in the first place

Ukies have rejected it apparently.
The Ponce's in Kiev don't want a pause in the fighting, it doesn't affect them.
Their reasoning, that the ceasefire is so the Russians can regroup or whatever is such bullshit. The Russians can do pretty much whatever they want.
The Russians can blow them all clean off the face of the planet within hours, if they wanted to.
