Does anyone here believe in alien abduction?
-
2017-05-15 at 4:16 AM UTCI guess I can't give actual factual evidence because aliens/ angels seem to be very crafty. I've listened to hours of stories about abduction stories. I don't honestly think I've ever been "abducted" but In my experience with dreams, seeing temples in talum, they are hard workers. I've woke up several times in my life with a black weirdly shaped figure standing over me and I couldn't move and I would just look at it, until I could move and it was gone.

2017-05-15 at 4:37 AM UTC80% of 'abduction stories' can be attributed to sleep paralysis and the other 20% to lies.

another time, i was sitting in the living room playing with those toy plastic soldiers. i was looking for a particular soldier i liked, and i walked around getting frantic i had lost it. then i realized it was in my hand. as soon as i realized that, i was out of my body without transition, and there was something in the upper corner of the room (which seemed pretty big to a kid like me) and it was making me laugh. not like it was funny, but like it was shorting out the laugh circuit in my brain, so i just laughed and laughed for what seemed like hours. then it stopped and i hurt all over, and i immediately fell asleep.
another time, i was sitting at my little desk in front of a long row of windows in my room, and i saw a glowing blue sphere about a meter wide fly past my window. i instantly just went unconscious and fell out of my chair. that was when we lived next door to a large Lockheed-martin facility.
another time, i was playing pokemon on my gameboy, and i felt like i was being electrocuted but i couldn't move. i saw a big blue ball of light fly past my window, and suddenly i was somewhere else. i was in a big plain of waving grass, and everything was bright and golden. jesus was there, and he talked to me and held my hand as i walked with him. then i was back in my bed with my gameboy, crying with joy and my body was thrumming with happiness and pleasure.
there's more but i can't remember them. -

Sounds like mild-psychotic breaks induced by your traumatic upbringing. -

2017-05-15 at 5:01 AM UTCI wouldn't be surprised if a lot of 'abduction' stories could be attributed to weird shit the betabet agencies do for fun akin to MKULTRA, but I find it interesting claims of abduction and UFO sightings pretty much dropped off completely around 2000 or so

UFO sightings are a different story. I've personally seen UFOs. Can't say what they were. Maybe even shared hallucination. But I've never seen anything move like that. -

well yeah, thats fairly obvious and I agree, but I'm talking about even beyond the last 60 years. -

2017-05-15 at 5:15 AM UTCmy "friend" the girl on the avenue down the street told me while we were tripping that when she was a little girl that she saw a ship in the sky that was miles wide and moved slowly over dc, she told me that she just watched it cover for awhile and then it left.
I asked her about it later when we weren't fucked up and she told me the same thing.
One time when I was 17 I was tripping shrooms with my gf at her moms house, and we started touching each other and her mom barged in and told me to go sleep in the other room and I started masturbating and I turned and looked at the wall and I saw an alien boy and an alien girl printed on the wall and candy canes/ other weird things were flying at me and I started to feel really guilty and my penis precame but I felt like it was distastful at the moment and tucked my junk away.
and I'm sure some people will think, ahh hwell you were just on drugs but even months after not being on drugs and through different parts of my life, i wonder if a game like space invaders is actually real.
I woke up the other day thinking that I had stinky feet and my shoes smelled because I didn't wear them with socks and I always wear socks, so why would I have not worn them with socks that one time. kinda strange

I dunno, most of the stories I've heard/read are from the Cold War period which is why I mentioned it. I'm hesitant to say that every single claim is false because of the sheer volume, but I don't think it makes sense that aliens who have built craft that can rapidly move across the galaxy would have anything to gain from ass-ramming people and turning cows inside-out.
If we follow that line of thinking and 'aliens' really did abduct hundreds of people for medical testing, why bother returning them at all? You can learn the most about a creature's biology by studying it alive, then dissecting it dead (vivisection's an option but the trauma will generally kill the subject anyway).
Further, I believe that if aliens were to observe humans, we'd be far too violent and warlike for them to risk coming into contact with us, especially stealthily. It'd make more sense to take subjects away by force, if possible.
