yes there is a conversion ratio system. Americans fucked it all up. I still don't remember how it works. I worked at an electronic store to sell shit and they make you learn the cheat sheet in case people ask for certain components to sell.
Literally a homeless dude came in talking tech shit and clearly knew what hew as talking about and bitched about why I was hired and not him.
Probably because he couldn't pass a background check which clearly would of been beneficial to the company to have hired him if he wasn't a fucking theif or drug dealer or ex-murderer or whatever reason it was he couldn't past a test. not my fault. I think everyone should have a second chance at a decent job.
the only reason I was even hired was my sales skill and because they were my Handlers to keep an eye on me. -

Bascially their model, use them as a fulfillment for your online store, basically you can rent a mailbox that hires dudes to regularly send out daily volume to the big carriers USPS etc, I want to work for them it seems like a good company.
I found it on YT they are well known in their sector but I never heard of them before, I doubt anyone here is FAMILIAR with them but yeah uhh 3rd party private non amazon fulfillment for online store, Amazons competition basically -
