   Depends on the subject matter. Usually though I'm not so anal as to require EXACT results, an intelligent being is satisfied with the initial search results and/or personal experience.
   
   It's a pretty ignorant person who can't learn from limited data...that's how most surveys, polls and sampling works.

   A new drug is tested on 100,000 test subject and 99% of them have a positive result...the drug is then approved and 8 billion people can then access the drug.
   
   Only an idiot would require the drug be tested on 8 billion people to allow it to be used on 8 billion people...
