A few years back I read about something called ocean. Seems it's a real thing and maybe Ghost or MMQ heard it before because they lived close to indian rez.
You basically take hair spray, empty the propellant and mix with water. Have to shake hard to get the burst and then most mix with something like Koolaid. Suppose to fuck you up fast and last a long time. One of the side effects damages your eyes.

Another good use for hairspray is if you want to retard mold growth on a Jack o Lantern you spray the inside and out with Hairspray and add another coat.
let it dry well before putting a candle inside. as a matter of fact the candle might burn off a coat but you can buy pretty realistic motive candles that are LED battery operated with flame flicking effect
also if you want to preserve flowers you can spray them with hairnet spray as well. it's basically a laquer.

Yeah I think Aquanet the preferred brand. You gots to shake it good after mixing to get the burst as they say. Of course our beloved natives will consume anything to get fucked up, you'd think the rez would be a perfect place to manufacture drugs for an enterprising indian.
