I disagree for the most part.
Without allowing some shitposting, the forum would be extremely slow.
I think to up the quality, the forum needs a few small upgrades.
Articles would be nice and would attract the right kind of people.

What's needed is strict enforcement of topicality in specialty forums. That's the end and the beginning. Now I know lenno doesn't want to bother with it. And I know nobody wants mods. So idk what the solution is, but shitposting just needs to be cut from specialty forums. I was going to suggest some sort of a collective "fuck off" button, like Reddit downvotes, but I know it would just be used by retard coalitions like the obvious shitposters to fuck with people.
