Those are shit spcs. Dual core is a non starter dude. 4gb ram is a nonstarter. less than 500GB hdd is a non starter.
Look for a used one locally on offerup.com Always poor people desperate to sell stuff to pay their rent on there...and now is the perfect time of the month for that.
