    The 2021 Pacific Northwest heat wave was a climate change warning
  5. Which will come first, culmination of the 10yr (now 9.5yr) climate warning or $8 big macs?

    This one is about the shift in tone of the scientific community from attempting to err on the side of cautionary adjustment.
  9. Kind of like how they shifted from calling it from "global warming" to "Climate change"?

    For decades they called it global cooling. For real.

    Yes, I remember in high school being told the next ice age would be here by 2010...10yrs after the world would run out of oil...

    Fucking lol

    ETA: Oh and half the world population would be infected with AIDS
  12. Now, they demand credibility and get all offended if you don't get with their new narrative.

    Sea levels are expected to rise around the contiguous U.S. faster than previously thought, a new NASA study finds: By 2050, sea levels along the coastlines of the contiguous U.S. could rise as much as 12 inches.

    The Gulf Coast and Southeast are expected to be most severely impacted, and will likely experience increased storm and tidal flooding in the near future, according to the study, published Oct. 6 in the journal Communications Earth & Environment.

    Isn't that how science works?

    jiggaboo what does ETA: mean before your last sentence, tahnks.

    Also, science generally shifts it's theories (which global warming/cooling,climate change is) as more data and observation becomes known, this is how science works as obbe said, the issue with environment sciences is that we have one earth and it's hard to have any form of case study other than observing what's going on around us and what's happened before to speculate on what's going on.

    Truthfully I think Humans will roll with the punches and we should collectively say "oh well" to climate change, a warmer world will be more exciting and we will adapt and whatever can't adapt will die. :{

    yes and therefore rendering all the links and discoveries you posted null, void and plainly wronger than lreviously thought.

    intangible sciences like climate science are nothing but witchcraft at worst, a cult at best.

    I don't post these links because I think they are infallible absolute truths.
