My job just called me and said i have to come to work from 7-11...
I said yes hung up and began to cry ..i can't even have teo days to myself
Thank God we saw the Christmas lights yesterday because today would have been a no...
I just texted them and told them next year I'm going down to PRN

I'm so sorry. You deserve time to take care of yourself. Next time don't answer so you don't have to feel bad about saying no because I guarantee whoever owns that company does not care about you enough for you to harm yourself. And not having time for yourself ia definitely harmful. Hopefully it's a quick shift.

Any time. I really really struggled with setting boundaries my whole life. I'm finally doing it and it feels so much better. And I know it's hard to do when you're always the care giver for everyone in your life.
