idk I never got it, which I don't understand how not, but if I go even two weeks without drinking, I feel like my cognitive faculties are 100% back to normal. Maybe not my like emotional intelligence and mood stability but in terms of like thought, memory, and ability to analyze and inference data, I never lose it.
Some people I know, are just flat out fuckin brain dead from the alcohol (and other drugs ofc) The worst is crack + alcohol + weed for years, it literally makes people flat out retarded (though I will say I didn't know the majority of them before drugs)
