2022-11-22 at 9:50 PM UTCI have to find that photo of me talking with Rossane Barr on Stickam when she was running for President and I called in and we talked
there is also a video of it I captured on camtasia. that I really want to find. I know I came across it maybe 4-5 years back but forgot to copy it to my desktop from the external HDD
it shows how handsome and thin I be in my early 40s and looking late 20s (I had a baby face until my late 40s)
the Philtrum caved in when I had my 4 upper front teeth removed. this is common with people who get falsies.
Got damn it. if i get a set of 55k dollar Clear Choice they will also have to do bone grafting before I can get it. that takes like 6 months to a year. -
2022-11-22 at 9:52 PM UTCYeah I used to be a hot piece of ass in my 20s too.

I got a FORD Bike turned Bay Biking pass for a year but half the bikes were fucked up and never maintained. always the good bikes are taken by mid-day when I would ride. I paid a year so I wouldn't have to pay 4 dollars an hour which I think is now 6.
and I can't buy a bike because our HOA is so strict they forced everyone to not leave their bikes in the garage because it attracted thieves which would then break into cars.
and Gigi is wont to let me bring it into the house. I told her I could mount a bike mount on the ceiling on a joist hook but she won't let me.
so I have no other place to put a bike.
wozny ur a fucking retard bro you're telling me walking isn't exercise but bicycling around where the very nature of the machine your using makes input so efficient you might as well not be fucking doing anything at all you fat motherfucker.
I'd love to see you go on one of my 90 minute walks where i get like 6 miles and shit and i'm just dripping in swweat and drunk as fuck witha heavy ass backpack on full of stolen loot
no i see ur ass with a big water bottle, a fucking sweat band around your head, and your sitting there on a bike not sweating as you cruise around a nature path of pavement & people walking dogs and power walking for exercise. -

I started having these problems over 20 years back. but 10-11 years ago I got down to 180. took over a year but I just kept hitting the treadmill every morning, then went hiking for 3 miles (in the hills) a day at least 4 days a week, then lifting weights and doing burpees situps, 3-4 times a week on altering days.
thyroid meds and put me on heavier ssri
I thought walking wasn't good exercise you contraDICKtory mufucka.
Originally posted by slide22 looked good. had no triple neck issues let alone a double chin. you could see the dimple in my chin and cheek bones.
lasted maybe 2-3 years then I ballooned all over again. went to the gym and tried to change it out but at the same time they raised my thyroid meds and put me on heavier ssri

2022-11-22 at 10:24 PM UTCJiggaboo Johnson has it right. I have a little bit of belly so I don't eat nothing until supper and no snacks. Sure it's sucks but eating less equal losing weight.

2022-11-22 at 10:45 PM UTCI have a small belly as well, wearing a 34-36Wx32L which I'm not proud of as I would like the WxL to be the same

2022-11-22 at 10:46 PM UTCI haven't had access to a scale in a couple weeks but I feel like I lost a bit of weight now that I stopped drinking (and eating bar food which I was three times a week in wisconsin before I left 2 weeks ago)

2022-11-22 at 10:53 PM UTCLast thing I bought was at the cuban supermarket I wanted a rotissarie chicken like my hero and father figure Quick Mix Ready but they did not have any! (I think they had all been purchased already as it's 545pm and it was PACKED)
I got 2 cans of squid,
3 yellow onions,
a dozen large eggs (for 4.80$!)
2 8oz bags of shredded cheese
angelhair noodles (dry)
green salsa jar
tortillas
by the blessings of my community I was also able to receive
1 can of mixed vegetables
1 can of corned beef hash
1 can of corned beef
1 bag of oyster crackers -
2022-11-22 at 10:55 PM UTCFor dinner on Thanksgiving I am hoping to find a community dinner free buffet kinda thing, but idk if that will be possible.

None of this is true.
Walking or hiking can be hard on the knees. running is hard on the shins (shinsplints). Im not saying don't do any walking but I was pointing out that Florida is well knowns to be flat and that if you're going to do lots of walking you may as well do it in hilly areas while if you're going to travel long flat areas, do it on a bike. We have flatlands in the bay area too called "Flatlands or Flats". they're good for biking and the hills for hiking. and if you're really in shape, then mountain biking is abundant here.
My point is why would I move or come out to Florida just to walk around everywhere for exercise when I can do it here. -

I literally go between 36-38 size waste and a 32L because I can't find a 31L and Gigi hems them for me
so were not far off in clothing size. I thought you were 6 foot 2? I'm a quarter inch under 6 feet (from a 6 foot and a half inch originally.. according to spine)
anyways, why do you have a 34-36 inW ?
You say you're thin. you should be like a 30 or 32w -
2022-11-22 at 11:20 PM UTCI wear a 34-36 right now, feel I lost a few pounds but haven't checked. You look OK bald, I just buzzed mine off and took a shower, what I have is thin so I look better buzzed.
