   Sundowner hinted at it when he first took control, people didn't want to believe it though. Tactically it makes sense and they did the right thing by clearing out the friendly civilians, but it's still a massive PR loss.

   basically because the Russians don't conduct purges in the regions they take, the pro-Kiev anti-Russians just go quiet and await orders, so even if they are the minority they're well-organised for photo-ops and the like if the Ukrainians come back
