   Sounds like a sweet deal maybe I'll do that. I actually saw people sleeping on the beach even at Newport pier and I was thinking it might be nice to live out of a converted van there. Less ugly than LA, still feasible to be a digital nomad there aka homeless.

    relaxin after helping an old man go get a stove then I was given 60 2x4's so I had to go back to get them after movin the stove and then I went down to the gettin place and they gave me 40 pallets so I could stack my fire wood up off the ground then I came home and fired up the tractor andcleared the old wood chips and crap out of the stackin area so I could setup the pallets now I'm sweaty and tired and Ima smoke out
