She might be a really nice woman. She might be his soulmate. but you have to look at it as She was married once and Fona comes along. And I know story after story where the woman ends up missing her ol man and she meets someone else.
unless there is a shitload of equity in that house, during a Divorce shit gets split in half. including debt. and the market is about to take a shit soon. already happening in California. prices dropped nearly 20% since last year.
thats a lot to be in debt for. unless he ignores it and lets her do her thing and pretends its not happening.
I was happy he found someone closer to his age but regardless. the nicest women can suddenly turn on their man or vice versa and Fona is headed into debt city. unless the market takes off and their property is suddenly worth 100k more then after all is said and done, each might walk away with about 46k of that after fixing and 4% and fees.
but if it drops 50-100k DAMN!
