I just said that. You basically pasted it but its the same thing. It takes a human to determine how realistic the AI is when interacting with you in conversation vs an actual human.
There are 6 functions the average brain has to process which in the past has been a real obstacle for programmers.
Jeff Hunter aka Taipan Enigma would use a popup box AI bot and it would see how long before you could tell if it was real or not. -
