Gluten free pizza and also pizza from sourdough starter. It's date night so we are going to get a bunch of fancy toppings and play video games and make weird but delicious pizzas.

Italian chicken and herbs with rustic mushrooms (which are just regular mushrooms but it sounds cool calling them rustic).
I made the chicken using my sous vide cooking it at 165f for 3hrs in a ziplock bag. Juice and delicious just like yours truly....so there was enough for 2 meals so 2nd meal will be consumed this evensong.
