The moment you see someone put down a backpack and dig through it after a moment like that you either jump him or run. your choice. they're lucky it wasn't a gun. also more likely to happen in St Louise, Chicago, South Central or Oakland etc NYC is relatively still a safe city for its size and density. it's pretty chill. at least most of Manhattan is until you get past the upper east side.

Dont see the connection yet as for Detroit for a while Detroit was starting to get invested heavily in around 2014 after some Startup guru started investing for Detroit. it used to be a great town to live in. however crime just got worse. and people bailed out of their investments. where do you put the crackheads? how do you rid of this shit? how do you rid gangs who get to commit crimes with impunity and not give two shits if cops are nearby? the young today dont even monitor for cops. look what happened in the Bucktown district of Chicago. cops watched as guy gets shot and robbed and were told to stand down by Fox (whoever she is- Tucker commented on her) and they went on to commit 16 more robberies that day andd the cops couldn't even follow them.

You claimed you're living in Toronto and I know it's possible to bounce between two cities however this drummer has been living in LA and there are tons of videos on him on youtube posted by multiple people.
