yeah if its needed during my work season,, my uncle has been selling houses for 60 years, cry's poor and never wants to pay for shit, he has to have at least a million bucks stashed back and he is 92, does everything by the book so I know he stashed back his 10% for retirement but won't retire so it cant be touched so I say fuck him and his Lefty ass my aunt can suck a bag if dicks as well cuz she thinks I'm a terrist trying to overthrow the government. there are lots of painters out there they could call they don't need me to do it they just want me so they can get it done cheep. I'm going to have next year booked by spring for the whole summer/fall,, gonna crank it up to $3.00 to 3.50 and see if it holds water.
if I get the 25 room motel this fall I'll get the exterior part next years and its gotta be 80 grand,, I may upgrade to a 2017 tacoma -

it is there state. if you cant out bid them you have to lower your prices. sucks. especially when the boss hires 3 guys at 20 an hour and expects them to knock it out in a few days rather than a week or 10 days. by doing this he keeps them moving from one Job to another. so they give 0 fucks about knocking it out. they live in a country where they have to work hard and hustle and the "Lazy Mexican" wives tale is not true. they just often take a 2-3 hour siesta and come back
but they come in around 6am and leave around 11-1 or 1:30 and come back and split usually by 4:30 to beat traffic. thatsd been my experience in the few times I hadd roofing or a paint job. I never let them work on my yard though. that was my territory. I miss having a Yard to do gardening. but I also wouldn't want to do it for a living because I burn out in 3-4 hours however its a good workouut -
