Looks Northern European/Germanic to me. Basically the only difference between those peoples you mentioned and Drumpf's own subhuman mudhut-dwelling people is that an actual culture tried to civilize Northern Europeans long enough ago that you could easily make this mistake of attributing their capacity for civilized behavior to something innate in them. -
